Robert has over 25 years' experience working with contractors, consultants and their insurers over a huge range of disputes.
Robert retired from practice as a solicitor in May 2018 to concentrate on mediation. He believes that mediation is still under-used in construction. From experience he advocates earlier involvement of the mediator in disputes. He has a sophisticated understanding of risk modelling litigation outcomes, which can help unlock intractable disputes.
"On a personal note I thought you did incredibly well yesterday and I would have no hesitation in recommending you, as I have already!" (One party’s solicitor thanking Robert for acting as a mediator)
